How the Cashback Works

1. Make a successful deposit via GoPay during the campaign period with any amount.
2. Buy any crypto via Instant Buy feature for an amount equal to the deposit amount, within 24 hours from the time the deposit is successfully credited.
3. Cashback will be processed within five working days following your deposit and crypto purchase.
4. Once settled, the cashback will automatically be given to your Luno IDR wallet.

Cashback Example

Example 1: If a Customer deposits IDR 20,000,000 via GoPay and, after fees, the net amount credited is IDR 19,600,000, and the Customer subsequently makes an Instant Buy purchase of IDR 50,000,000, the Cashback reward shall be IDR 98,000 (0.5% of the IDR 19,600,000 deposit).

Example 2: If a Customer deposits IDR 10,000,000 via GoPay and, after fees, the net amount credited is IDR 9,800,000, and the Customer subsequently makes an Instant Buy purchase of IDR 5,000,000, the Customer shall receive zero Cashback (not eligible for cashback).

Balance & Inflow Limits

To ensure smooth transactions, please take note of the following limits of your GoPay account:

Maximum GoPay Balance

• Regular users: IDR 2 million
• GoPay Plus users: IDR 20 million

Maximum GoPay Inflow Limit

• Regular users: IDR 20 million / month
• GoPay Plus users: IDR 40 million / month

What is the inflow limit?

The inflow limit is the maximum total cumulative amount of funds you can receive on your GoPay account, including:

• Top-ups
• Transfers
• Cashback
• Any other incoming transactions

This inflow limit resets on the 1st of every month. If a transaction causes you to exceed the inflow limit, the GoPay transaction/deposit to your Luno account cannot be processed.
